Stackscript to rebuild node

I am thinking of a possible massive undertaking. but not sure if it would be at all possible.

I have a nanode, running my postfix, mailscanner, dovecot and clam services, with about 5 or so mailboxes.

If i have a bash script to completely setup the postfix, mailscanner side of things, how would i be able to rebuild this nanode with a stackscript, first scp'ing the mailboxes to a local machine at my house, do the reinstallation, setup postfix & mailscanner and all that, without deploying a new vm with the stackscript?
